EnU Careers was founded by Jaimie Lanier, a talent development strategist with over a decade of experience in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Performance Management Strategy. She has worked extensively with organizations to build internal talent strategies that strengthen leadership pipelines and improve long-term workforce planning. Jaimie also supports professionals at every career stage by helping them clarify their strengths, define their goals, and present themselves confidently in the job market.

Jaimie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Georgetown University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Her work is grounded in a passion for aligning people with opportunities that reflect their natural talents. Jaimie believes that effectively communicating one’s strengths—both on paper and in person—is key to achieving meaningful career growth. She is equally dedicated to helping organizations enhance their ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent by equipping them with actionable, sustainable talent practices.
